Dave & Tim on the Bob Harris show - July 18th, 2009

While in London, Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds stopped by the BBC Radio2 studios in London to record a few songs. This session is set to air on the Bob Harris show, Saturday, July 18th, 2009.

On the Bob Harris forum, "Whispers" he posted yesterday about the session with Dave & Tim and mentions, "It's something special...Led Zep included."

In addition, he says "We wanted to broadcast it early, so it's going out in the first hour on Sat 18th July. Bex Marshall will be appearing on the same show. We'll be broadcasting her session between 1am and 2am." This would place Dave & Tim's portion of the show somewhere between 11pm and 1am.

That's London time, but you miss the streaming broadcast, don't worry it will be available streaming via the BBC player for a short period of time after the initial broadcast.

It is unknown what Dave & Tim played at the BBC Studio, but it is very likely that there were a couple "Big Whiskey" songs played which were also played at a private show just a week later in Germany.
