Breaking News: Boyd Tinsley taking time off in 2018

A tweet sent out last night gave DMB fans a shock! Boyd Tinsley announced that he would be “taking a break” from the band and from touring to focus on family and health issues. A collective gasp was heard and is continuing to blow up social media sites.

Many questions have been posted- How long has the band known? Is his presence on the new album? Has there been a falling out? How will Boyd’s side of the stage be filled let alone his solos in so many of classic tunes? 

Boyd, being a original member of this band will be sorely missed. One can hope his physical health can regain its strength. He will be missed.
